Chef: Suck on my chocolate salty balls
… is awesome!
Last night, late night I wanted a snack… I saw frozen burritos — figured I’d just nuke them and be done with it.. Chef Andy whipped up a sourcream-like dip out of whipping cream, may and some spices… talk about perfect.
Tonight was Andy’s dad’s birthday — he made short ribs over a roasted portabello and wild rice — with a yummy mushroom sauce.
It’s just great to spend time with someone who can make any random 6 ingredients into something delectable…
